Baked Burrata

Succulent burrata stuffed with pesto cream and Mortadella di Bologna, rolled in pizza dough and cooked at 400º. Do you dare?

Pasta insalata alla genovese

Tender shoots, 100% Italian whole wheat radiatori, our Pesto alla Genovese sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, flaked almonds, Parmesan flakes, and pesto hummus.

Burrata caponata

You won’t be able to resist our wood-roasted vegetables (eggplant, red pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes), with arrabiata sauce, burrata, and almonds… don’t forget to order the focaccia, you’ll lick your fingers.
